✨✨PLEASE READ BELOW ✨✨ Welcome to Nail Vibes by Devyn! I’m a licensed Nail Technician! Please take the time to thoroughly read through the policy before agreeing to book. Thank you for taking the time to book with Nail Vibes by Devyn ❣️ ‼️COVID-19 RestrictionGuidelines ‼️ Due to COVID-19 all clients are required to sanitize your hands immediately upon entering. A mask must be worn the entire service regardless of vaccination status. If you feel sick, have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 you must reschedule your appointment and self quarantine for 14 days, your deposit will be valid for a future appointment. If you have traveled out of state or out of the country please wait 14 days before booking. Feeling sick? Stay home! I’ll always be here when you’re feeling better! To ensure the safety of all clients, The work space is and always will be disinfected before and after each client. ✨Deposits & Payment✨ Deposits are required for booking and are non refundable. Please understand this means if you book an appointment and later change your mind, your deposit is not refundable.Deposits are more than likely 40% of the service price. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment and the remaining balance can be paid in Cash(preferred), Zelle , and All major debit/ credit cards are also accepted! (There is a 2.7% processing fee for all card transactions) ✨Late Arrival ✨ There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late please communicate that with me. If your arrival time is too late your appointment may be canceled / or occur a late fee. Please Remember your deposit is non-refundable and not transferable ONLY in this case and You will have to pay a new deposit to book again. (COMMUNICATION IS KEY!) ✨Extra Guest✨ No extra Adult Guest or Children unless otherwise specified by me. I understand things happen so please contact me prior to your appointment (to avoid cancellation) if you may need to bring an additional guest/child. ✨Cancellation & Appointment alterations ✨ Client must contact me via text,or call to make changes to appointments As long as it is atleast 24 hours in advance you may rescedule or change your appointment and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. For example If your appointment is Saturday at 11am you must reschedule by Friday 11am(24 hours). Your deposit is not transferable and refundable after 11am. If you are cancelling your appointment , your deposit is automatically forfeited. If you are a no call no show, your deposit is automatically forfeited. Canceled/no call no show appointments, deposits are automatically forfeited and non refundable. If there happens to be an emergency contact me as soon as possible and we can alter your appointment with no penalty. There are no refunds on nails!!! Please be sure the design you select is the design you like, once you leave the shop any request to change or alter nails will be additional. Nail repairs within 72 hours are no charge.
