By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. 💅🏽 NAIL LENGTH GUIDE 💅🏽 Please select your length based on the finished nail length: • Short: 0–2 magnets • Medium: 3–4 magnets • Long: 5–7 magnets • X-Long: 8–10 magnets Pricing varies by length due to the additional product and time required. If you’re unsure which length to book, feel free to send me your inspiration photo before booking. 💵 DEPOSITS & PAYMENT 💵 A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. Your remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash is preferred; Zelle and major debit/credit cards are also accepted. Card payments are subject to a processing fee. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS ⏰ There is a 10-minute grace period. Please communicate with me if you are running late. Arriving beyond the grace period will result in a late fee or cancellation depending on whether there is enough time to complete your service. Remember Communication is key! 💕 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING 🗓️ Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-call/no-shows will forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 👯♀️GUEST POLICY👯♀️ Please do not bring additional guests or children unless approved prior to your appointment. 🤒 ILLNESS & SANITATION 😷 If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. My workspace and tools are properly cleaned and disinfected between clients. ⚒️ NAIL REPAIRS ⚒️ Please make sure you are happy with your nail design before leaving your appointment. Changes requested afterward will require an additional fee. Complimentary repairs are available within 72 hours of your appointment for issues related to the service. Damage caused outside of the 72 hour period will be subject to a repair fee. 💕 BEFORE YOU BOOK 💕 Please double-check that you selected the correct length and service/design option when booking.
